- All agreements for the purchase of products or provision of services from Catering Spares Online are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions override any other terms, conditions, or representations, whether verbal or written, made by anyone else, and they replace any other verbal or written terms, conditions, or representations.
2). Ordering & Prices
- All prices and charges will includes Taxes and shipping charge. These prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all orders will be invoiced based on the prices on the day of dispatch. The customer is responsible for paying the invoiced price.
- At times, an error might lead to an incorrect price or description being published or advertised for Goods. In such cases, the company is not obligated to honor the incorrect price or order. Any verbal quotation or estimate will not be considered binding on Catering Spares Online.
3). Availability
- All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We may suggest alternatives if the goods you require are out of stock or no longer available.
4). Payment
- Full payment must be received before we can ship your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect, Switch, Amex.
5). Delivery: Goods must be fully checked at the time of Delivery and signed accordingly.
- Our typical order process times range from 2-3 days, While we strive to ensure timely deliveries within the specified time frame, unexpected delays may occur that are outside of our control.
- You must make sure that there is someone available to receive the goods during the scheduled delivery time. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, you could incur a re-delivery charge.
- Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are limited to one-man deliveries at ground floor level, and the items will be left outside the delivery address. Delivery charges are based on these conditions. If you have special requirements, please inform us when placing your order as extra charges may apply.
- You are responsible for confirming that the items will fit the delivery location and for verifying the measurements of the delivery address for accessibility, including all doors, corridors, stairs, and corners. Catering Spares Online will not be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from inaccessibility or the inability to make the delivery.
- Before the delivery is considered complete and the driver leaves, it is essential to unpack and inspect the goods. If there is any damage or missing parts, or if the items do not match your order, it is crucial to make a note of it on the delivery note and inform us immediately. Remember that you may not reject the delivery solely because of missing or incorrect items. If there are no comments on the delivery note, it will be assumed that the goods were delivered in satisfactory condition and according to your order.
- Do not use, fit, or install any goods that are damaged or incorrectly supplied, regardless of whether you have notified us. If you do, it will be considered that you have accepted the goods, and Catering Spares Online will not assume further responsibility for such goods. Catering Spares Online will not provide any warranty for goods that are damaged or incorrectly supplied and used or installed by you.
- It is highly recommended that you do not schedule fitters or installers to start work until you have received and inspected the goods.
- Catering Spares Online is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the late or delayed delivery of the goods.
- Upon delivery, the risk in the goods transfers to you, and it becomes your duty to procure insurance for the goods.

8). Suitability of the Goods
- Goods cannot be provided for trial purposes. You are accountable for verifying that the goods you are ordering are suitable for your needs and intended use before placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the drainage, power supplies, and connections are suitable for the goods provided, and that water softeners are installed in areas with hard water. All gas-powered items must be installed by a fitter approved by GAS SAFE, and electrical goods by a qualified fitter. Catering Spares Online will not be responsible for damages to the goods or any other loss or liability arising from incorrect installation or fitting.
- We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions, details, and specifications are precise. Nevertheless, please consider all sizes, colors, dimensions, and measurements as approximate. Comprehensive specifications can be provided upon request.
9). Governing Law
- The law of England and Wales governs this contract, and it is under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- If you are dealing as a consumer, your statutory rights will not be impacted by these terms and conditions.
- Catering Spares Online will not be held liable for any failure in providing or delivering goods or services due to events or circumstances beyond our control, such as war, flood, fire, industrial action, or disputes.
Catering Spares Online Conditions of Trading
Quotations are issued and orders are accepted on the following conditions in which Catering Spares Online is referred to as ‘Seller’.
CONDITIONS OF TRADING:-
- The Buyer does not acquire ownership of the goods until full payment has been made. However, the Buyer assumes the risk of any loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods from the moment of delivery, regardless of the cause.
The Seller does not provide or imply any warranty condition, description, or representation based on anything communicated or documented between the parties or their representatives before the sales agreement. Any statutory or implied warranty condition or description regarding the state or fitness of the goods sold is explicitly excluded. Nonetheless, the Seller agrees to transfer to the Buyer any claims or rights it may have against other parties from which it procures goods that are then resold to the Buyer.
3. Under no circumstances will the Seller be responsible for any failure or delay, or any resulting loss incurred due to the delivery of goods.
4. The prices for goods will be based on the prices in effect at the time the goods are shipped.
5. The Seller has the right to subcontract for the fulfillment of the order or any part of it.
6. Prior written approval is required for any returns to be accepted.
7. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, freight must be paid in advance for delivery to our warehouse. Any returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
8. Any terms or conditions stipulated, incorporated, or referred to by the Buyer in any circumstances shall be overridden by these conditions.
9. We will not take responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss to any person, property, or persons arising from the goods or in connection with the installation or erection of the same. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any additional risks that the customer's Insurance Company may perceive to have been taken due to the delivery, installation, or use of the goods supplied.
10. The seller is not liable for any indirect loss related to the failure or malfunction of any appliance or its components, regardless of the cause.
11. The Buyer needs to inform the Seller in writing about any missing or damaged items within three days of delivery. If the Buyer fails to notify the Seller within 24 hours, the Seller will not accept any responsibility for such issues.
12. Delivery periods and dates are provided in good faith, but they are not guaranteed or considered essential to the contract. The Seller cannot be held liable if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever.
13. You can get a full refund for non-customized goods from our website within seven working days as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging, excluding the postage and packaging charge.
14. The Company will not consider an order from a customer or any supposed change to these terms as a contract until the Company accepts it in writing. The Company has the right to reject any order, even after sending an order acknowledgment email.
15. All aspects of these conditions will be subject to and interpreted in line with the laws of England.
